PickaRestaurant, a nationwide restaurant marketing company, lists every type of dining facilities across the US with special coverage in the top 100 US cities and 30 International cites. From five star cuisines to fast food drive thru, we provide an innovative way for the restaurant to share dining information with prospective customers. Those searching for that “perfect spot to eat”, find Pick-A-Restaurant a fun and easy website with all needed information at their fingertips. This program will officially nationally launch in March 2004. We will be launching in Dallas by January 1,2004.

Objectives

The objectives of issuing a co-branded credit card are consistent with our business plan.

Increase consumer website awareness
Increase restaurant owners awareness of our marketing services and website
Create strategic marketing alliances with other companies
Create a revenue stream, which will ultimately save diners money
Strengthen customer loyalty, coupons or discount cards generate no loyalty

With tough economy, we want consumers to recognize value in our card.

Product Platform

Participating restaurants offer a pre-negotiated discount rate, paid directly to PickaRestaurant. We in turn reimburse the customer a percentage of his or her dining receipt in the form of cash-back or gift certificate trade.

A portion of the discount will also be used by PickaRestaurant to reinvest in the dining establishment, by purchasing gift certificates. These certificates will then be used to further promote the restaurant through direct online sales, media trade and to reward cardholders. Merchant can participate with as little as a 5% discount to cardholders.
